Resources for Playwrights & Dramaturgs

There are already several excellent hubs for playwriting resources on the web. Therefore, this list is here not to duplicate those efforts, but to lead others to those more established resources while also introducing some of my favorites among the newer and/or smaller development organizations.
I'll also be adding to the selected bibliography as time goes on. Please let me know if you have a favorite resource that you think I should include.

The Last Frontier Theatre Conference - This conference was one of my best experiences as a writer in my adult life. I highly recommend it.
